The Strand and Goblet Tour
Starting at Temple Tube, we enter the heart of legal London, observing the site of the first ever production of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, prior to our first beautiful Tavern. Then,passing by one of the only roads in the UK where you have to drive on the right hand side, we go drinking in a former coal bunker (a rather special former coal bunker) , see London's oldest restaurant, a charming Gin Palace, the exact centre of London and the oldest Wine Bar in London.
On the way we will drink in a Pub that exists on both sides of the street, step back in time on several occasions, see Gringott's Bank, the inspiration for Diagon Alley and hear stories of King Charles II, Benjamin Franklin,Caspar the Cat and Lord Nelson.
Tickets are £15 per person on a public Tour. Or have this Tour run privately (1-8 people-£100. 9+ people-£15 per person).
